Product Description
The Peacock and Peony painting is a very exquisite feng shui painting with auspicious and beautiful meanings, and it is also unique among traditional Chinese flower and bird paintings.
The peacock and peony painting symbolizes wealth, good fortune, and peace.
The peacock, known as the "King of a Hundred Years," is the kindest, most intelligent, and most freedom-loving and peace-loving bird, a symbol of good fortune and happiness. The peony, with its graceful and dignified appearance, symbolizes wealth and prosperity, and is called "the most beautiful flower in the country." When peonies bloom, their profusion of blossoms is dazzling and beautiful, captivating all who behold them. Their elegant, graceful, wealthy, and peaceful image represents beautiful aspirations and visions for the future, signifying prosperity and flourishing. People's love for peonies has also made them a symbol of spirit and excellent character.
As can be seen from the picture above, the Peacock and Peony painting is a beautiful and elegant auspicious feng shui painting. Wang Yirong, a contemporary inheritor of the meticulous brushwork and heavy color technique, is very skilled in this type of creation. Her peony paintings that symbolize wealth and good fortune have won awards and have been collected abroad.
In terms of illustration, the exquisite craftsmanship is evident in the lifelike depiction of peacock feathers paired with peonies, showcasing the masterful skill of Kiyomizu-yaki.

Kiyomizu-yaki introduction
" Kyo-yaki " is a style of tea ceremony that originated in the early Edo period.
Kyoto pottery has primarily spread from the foothills of Higashiyama. On the other hand, " Kiyomizu-yaki " refers to pottery made at the entrance to Kiyomizu-dera Temple on Gojo-zaka. Currently, all pottery made in Kyoto is called " Kyo-yaki / Kiyomizu-yaki ".
This type of glaze, known as crystalline glaze, is characterized by the precipitation of crystals during the melting and cooling process. Beautiful flower-shaped crystalline vessels appear as if flowers have bloomed on their surface. Most importantly, the crystals grew larger and took on various shapes. Furthermore, no two designs can be made the same; each piece is a unique work of art.
